It's been just over one year since I launched my demand consulting business, and I couldn’t be happier. One of the most rewarding parts of this journey has been helping emerging cybersecurity companies develop their demand strategy, plan, content, messaging, and campaigns with integrated execution and ongoing optimization to meet their growth targets. I also really love the sense of urgency that comes with working with startups. I’ve experienced how razor-thin the line is between failure and success. Every minute, every dollar, and every opportunity must be optimized to win. And, change happens (a lot), and we have to pivot and take action—or risk being left behind. While this can stress some out, I love it and thrive here. It drives me to ensure I’m looking at the trend data (sometimes hourly) to ensure we are on track—and if we aren’t, I’m pulling the team together to do whatever it takes to win together.
